Meisterwerk Fitout LLC was founded in 2020 as an executive offshoot of Aedes Design and Management Company. It was created with the goal of providing a dedicated entity to meet the organizational and quality requirements of luxury brand retail networks and deliver comprehensive, turnkey solutions, handling every aspect of the process from concept to completion.

Aedes Design & Management has been a trusted name in the UAE since 2012. Founded by Gereon Hach, Aedes has played a pivotal role in the development of retail networks, including Van Cleef & Arpels (Richemont Group) in the Gulf Cooperation Council, leveraging Gereon Hach’s 25+ years of experience as an international executive architect with Bulgari.
This expertise has also benefited other brands such as Bvlgari, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Roger Dubuis, Chaumet, and Damiani

The creation of Meisterwerk is the result of the long-standing collaboration between Gereon Hach and Vysagh Ashokan, which has evolved into a true partnership rooted in their shared passion for luxury retail fitouts.
Together, they provide end-to-end services that ensure flawless execution and exceptional quality.

With over 20 years of experience working in the Emirates, the motivation behind founding was born from a desire to harmonize the entire local design and build process. We sought to overcome the common pitfalls and shortcomings caused by fragmented work practices and the lack of motivation often seen in local contractors.

Our turnkey projects are primarily handled in-house at our 50,000 sqft facility in the vibrant Dubai Investment Park neighborhood, situated between the Green Community Village and the Expo area.
We offer a wide range of services, including civil works, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), joinery, millwork, metal works, upholstery, and painting. Throughout the entire process, we ensure design integrity and maintain strict quality control across the entire supply chain.
We are proud to be working with some of the most renowned luxury brands in the UAE, including Van Cleef & Arpels, Bvlgari, Tiffany, Piaget, A. Lange & Söhne, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Roger Dubuis, and Mont Blanc.

 

Our Saudi Arabia branch, established in 2021, was created with the vision of delivering an unparalleled level of perfection in project realization across the Kingdom. Our experienced local team has already demonstrated its ability to meet international standards for luxury brands.
With two local project managers, both of whom have extensive experience in luxury retail fit-outs in KSA and are well-versed in the local market and resources, we’re equipped to handle every project with precision and excellence.
We are currently serving luxury brands such as Van Cleef & Arpels, Bvlgari, A. Lange & Söhne, Piaget, and Mont Blanc in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar.

 

Our India branch is led by Gokul Lakshmanan, who brings over 15 years of experience in luxury retail in the UAE. Supported by a skilled team of craftsmen, we bring vast expertise in luxury retail fit-outs to every project. We are passionate about turning our clients’ visions into reality, working closely with them to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
